Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Ride Out B.V. (Stadionplein 22, 1076 CM Amsterdam, the Netherlands) is the legal entity responsible for all collections and all processing of your personal data in connection with Ride Out’s branded products, services and websites.

You should be aware that Ride Out is part of a business group within Pon and that departments (such as marketing and IT) may be part of global companies of Pon. Ride Out may share your personal data with the manufacturer(s) of your Ride Out product for the purposes of providing customer service, providing service, fulfilling warranty obligations, registering Ride Out products, performing statistical analysis and market research, and improving and developing our business, services and Ride Out products.

Ride Out may also share your personal data with third parties to perform certain activities on Ride Out’s behalf and to facilitate services they provide to us. These may include providers of services such as website hosting, data analytics, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure facilities, customer service, email delivery, auditing and other services.
