Your bike’s first check-up
Congratulations on your new bike!
We appreciate that you chose us. To ensure your bike stays in top condition, we offer a free first check-up.
What does the check-up include? After the first 500 kilometers or 3 months (whichever comes first), we invite you for a comprehensive inspection of your bike. This is not a full service, but a check-up involving a thorough inspection of the bikes key points to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
What will be checked?
- Tightening of bolts and nuts
- Function of brakes and cables
- Chain and gears
- Tires and tire pressure
- Frame and wheel alignment
Important
During the check-up, no wear parts such as brake pads, bearings, or other components will be replaced. If replacement is necessary, this can of course be done at your own expense. If we notice anything, we will of course discuss it with you.
Due to the busy schedule in our workshop, we recommend booking an appointment early. This can be done by phone, via email or in person while collecting your bike.
Please note: the check-up can only be done for free at Ride Out and not at other dealers. We are happy to assist you and ensure your bike remains in top condition!
