About Cervélo

To keep a marriage alive, is to share the same love. Well, that’s what Canadian Phil White and the Dutchman Gérard Vroomen thought in 1995.

They both committed their lives to develop the fastest time-trial bikes of all times, which led to the birth of a new and peerless brand Cervélo.

Mission

Now, still after two decades the goal at Cervélo remains simple. Design and engineer the world’s fastest bikes. Whether you’re a Grand Tour racer, Ironman champion, age-grouper or Saturday morning enthusiast, they know you demand the best in order to achieve your personal best–and they’re passionate about helping you get there.

Each Cervélo bike combines select design features- technologies created by our engineers to further the performance of the bike across five key attributes: aerodynamics, weight, stiffness, ride quality, and usability. All are engineered to make the one difference that matters: a difference you can feel.How do we push innovation further with every frame? At Cervélo they believe there are five distinct factors that can be looked at when it comes to improving a bike, and each is carefully considered by our engineering team as they develop new models.
